A couple weeks ago a co-worker’s daughter (kindergarten or first grade) came by to chat and proclaimed she was going to see Happy Feet 2 and was really excited about it and I said that that sounded awesome and that I had seen the first one - it is adorable - but that the best movie I ever saw with a cute penguin was The Chipmunk Adventure. I searched for an image from the movie to show her how cute the penguin was and wasn’t finding much and then I had to get back to work. But that penguin is damn cute.

Also, if you go to youtube and look up Chipmunk Adventure, some people re-enacted the Rock ‘n Roll song from the movie. It’s awesome. Wish I could find the song about the mother from the movie, that made little me cry so hard.

Agghhhh, favorite children’s movie of all time! And the cutest cartoon penguin to ever exist, hands down. 

I think I can trace my infatuation with hot air balloons back to this movie.

I loved this movie so freaking much. I can never find anyone else who has seen it.
